The Platform Promotional Products (PPP) is the trade association for manufacturers and distributors in the field of promotional products and services. Over 300 professional suppliers and distributors of promotional products and services have joined forces within the PPP. PPP members must meet various criteria to maintain their level. The Belgian Association of Promotional Products (BAPP) was established in 2000. The purpose of this non-profit association is to represent and defend the professional interests of the sector in general and particularly those of its members. On the other hand, the BAPP wants to promote the sector of promotional gifts and promotional items, both nationally and internationally. BAPP is a member of the EPPA (European Promotional Products Association), a European association that coordinates national professional federations.

The Promotional Product Service Institute (PSI) is a professional network established in 1960, which sees itself as the organizer and voice of the European promotional products industry. The PSI also acts as the organizer of the PSI Trade Show, the leading international promotional exhibition. This fair is held every January in Düsseldorf and offers a wide variety of promotional products presented by more than 1,000 exhibitors. The PSI is part of Reed Exhibitions, the largest international organizer of specialized trade fairs and therefore offers a worldwide network with in particular promotional products.
